The designers selected below displayed their fashions at Lagos Fashion &amp; Design Week and wowed us because of their vintage eyes and out-of-the-box silhouettes. McMecka, Ejiro Amos Tarifi, Anita Quansah + Mosaique, Kiki Kamanu, and Tumisola have all created designs that we just had to talk about. Menswear has evolved tremendously, and McMeka is one of those lines that definitely deserves some credit. We love McMeka\u2019s pieces because they are classic and tailored to perfection. These couture designs were amplified when placed against the genius nude garment that the models wore. Kiki Kamanu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KiKi Kamanu beautifully represented the culture of Southern Eithiopians in her new collection. One of the best pieces was a dress that was infused with silk chiffon. Tumisola Ladega<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tumisola Ladega was my favorite contestant for LFDW\u2019s Young Designer of the Year award.
