AFWNY includes runway shows hosting 21+ designers from various countries in Africa and those of the African Diaspora, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Opening designers Francis Hendy, Korto Momolu, and designers like Mafi, Attolle Collection, Geraldo Fashions and others will showcase.

ILL-LA-LA DESIGNS carry out this mission by supporting the Looks for Books educational project, which continues to be successful in the provision of educational supplies for underprivileged children in Africa.
They also take pride in contracting talented local artisans who receive fair wages for their work.
