African Models Representing at New York Fashion Week

Africa was represented by a few designers at New York Fashion Week recently including Korto Momolu, and all the designers who got to showcase during Arise Magazine’s Made in Africa show, but we shouldn’t overlook how Africa was represented with the models walking down the runways.  There were many new, fresh faces, and a few seasoned professionals as well.  Beauties such as Nyasha Matonhodze who has been making headlines for being one of the faces in Louis Vuitton’s new ad campaign.  Another young model, Shena Moulton walked for Marc Jacobs and Vivienne Tam.  Jourdan Dunn, Herieth Paul, Melodie Monrose, Ajak, and Jeneil Williams are just a few of the other African stunners rocking next season’s fashion.
