AFWNY Featured in The Atlanta Post

The Atlanta Post has taken notice that African fashion isn’t some obscure niche anymore and is showing it in a big way.  The article released today titled “African Fashion Equals Big Business” features quotes and insider info from some of the African fashion business’s leaders including our very own Adiat Disu.  African fashion weeks are popping up all over the globe and are turning heads.  One of my favorite short quotes in the article is from the co-founder of My Asho, the online African retail store, it reads, “There’s no simple definition of African fashion.”  African fashion has become as broad, bold, and beautiful as all other ends of the fashion market.  Check out the full article here.
