Lanvin Dolls Help Women Living with HIV

Moroccan designer, Alber Elbaz, who is head of the luxury fashion house Lanvin is setting out to do something the brand has never done before: create a girlswear line.  Not only is the line completely adorable with tiny little models wearing frilly dresses, the line also aims to give back to charity.  Along with the girlswear line Lanvin will be producing four limited edition figurines.  They have teamed up with the charity Dessine L’Espoir to design the dolls which will be hand-embroidered by women in Swaziland who are affected by HIV.  The charity supports these women by giving them jobs and helping their families in the process while they are dealing with such a devastating disease.  The dolls will be available in Lanvin boutiques starting in November along with the new girlswear line.
