After The Holiday Festivities. Trend: Over Size Shirts and Tops Are on Everyone's Style List

Over sized shirts have made a come back to our century but with a whole new twist. The prints, cuts and styles are never ending and there is something for everyone. Thanksgiving festivities was in the air yesterday and as the holiday settles down, we have a style tip for everyone who had a “splurge” day: over sized shirts and cute bottoms to match. For those who did not partake in this holiday, over sized shirts are an on going trend for 2012. Embrace an over sized shirt, purchase your first or fourth today.

African designers like Maki Oh are all about the over-sized shirts and styling them accordingly. Style this shirt by casually pairing  it with a pair of denim shorts, during the summer or taking the excess material at the bottom and tucking into a pencil skirt, for the office.  To “sexify” the over-size shirt (a contradiction I know), select a neutral sheer or lace-pattern and pair with a colored skinny jean.
