Geraldo Fashions : The Family Business of Luxury Fashion Made In Angola

New York, NY-JUNE 2012- Geraldo Fashions will showcase Thursday, July 12th at Africa Fashion Week New York. AFWNY, a luxury multi-day event produced by Adirée, will take place at the Broad Street Ballroom on July 12th, 13th, 14th in New York City’s financial District.

Over 12 years ago, three sisters from Angola with a passion for fashion introduced Geraldo Fashions, a trendy and vibrant fashion line that offers a variety of fashionable items ranging from formal to casual wear. They envision their upcoming trends in simple texture and volume; but would also be an incorporation of different patterned fabrics in single outfits.

AFWNY includes runway shows hosting 21+ designers from various countries in Africa and those of the African Diaspora, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Opening designers Francis Hendy, Korto Momolu, and designers like Mafi, Attolle Collection, Geraldo Fashions and others will showcase.
